Burial place marked by cross on plinth. Cross framed by half-rails, on plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief crown of thorns, above a titulus with the engraved letters IN, on the sides the letters R and I, below an engraved inscription. Below the inscription a relief carved skull with tibias.

Tu spoczywa / małżeństwo Tade / usz i Anna Kuriański / proszę o Anioł P. / Fundator Jan Kuriań / ski roku / 1877 //.
