Burial place marked by a cross on a plinth and two-stage base. Cross with hexagonal arms, on a plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief carved crown of thorns, above a titulus, below a skull with tibias. The plinth covered by a wider moulded panel with suspended serrations. Corners framed by twisted half-columns. Carved rosettes on the sides. On the front an engraved inscription.

Tu spoczywa / Wiktor Łuszczy / nski pr[z]eżył lat. / 61 Umarł 1 Maia / 1872 pozostawił / po sobie trzy / Curki. / i Syna i Żony / w smut / ku pogrążonych. //.
