Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth. Headstone overturned. Cross with arms terminating in cusps. Side edges of vertical arm chamfered. At the intersection of the arms an oval panel with an engraved inscription IHS, above a titulus, below a relief carved skull with tibias. The first step of the plinth with profiled upper edges. The second step of the pedestal moulding transitions to a hipped canopy with a suspended pave frieze. Left side and rear with plaques with quarter chamfered upper corners, flanked by a groove. Right side and front with panels. In the front inscription engraved.
