Burial place marked by cross on plinth. Cross with arms ending in a stylised trillium, framed by half shafts, on a plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief carved figure of Christ, above a titulus. The plinth with profiled upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription.

R. I. P. / Józefa Rolla umarła / w 53 roku życia 15. / Lipca 1891 prosi / o modlitwę //.
