Burial place originally marked by cross on plinth and base. Cross perpetuated, lying beside gravestone. Cross with arms terminating in the carving of a cataract arch. At the intersection of the arms a relief carved figure of Christ, above a titulus. Tapering plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front an engraved frame enclosed by an overhanging pointed arch framed by pea-shaped triangles, within which is an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

TU / SPOCZYWAJĄ / RODZICE LUDWIK- / I MARIA BROTAJ / L UR 1870 ZM 1932 R / M UR 1877 ZM 1934 R / […] //.
