Burial place marked by cross on plinth and base. Cross with arms ending in the carving of a cataract arch, wider at the lower end, on a moulded plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief carved figure of Christ, above a titulus. The face of the cross is glazed. The plinth slightly tapering towards the top, with profiled upper edges. On the front an engraved frame closed with an overhanging sharp arch, framed by glazed triangles, within which is an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

TU / SPOCZYWAJĄ / MACIEJ I / AGИIESZKA / SOCHIECKI //.
