The burial place is marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is an obelisk on a two-stepped plinth and base. The obelisk features a plaque on the front with a concave-convex arch, the lower part with ears. On it an engraved cross with trifoliate arms, below an engraved inscription. The first step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges, on the front a niche closed with a full overhanging arch, framed on the sides with two glazed triangles. In it, a bas-relief of a mourner leaning on an urn with her left hand. The second step of the pedestal is low, with chamfered upper edges.

TU SPOCZYWA / S.P. WIKTORIA / EWELINA / z / LEWKÓW / PIWOWARSKA / * 22 […] 18[…] / + 10/11 […] / PROSI O MODLITWĘ //.

Time of origin:

1901-1915
