Burial place marked by cross on plinth and base. Cross with stylised trilliform arms with chamfered edges, on a small plinth. At the intersection of the arms of the cross in convex relief a heart with a cross. The pedestal in the shape of a cuboid covered with a wider, moulded panel. On the front a rectangular panel with an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

T + U / spoczywają / Michał / i Michalina / Antochów / wieczny jim / odpoczynek / ³⁰/₈ / 1931 //.
