The burial site marked by a cross with the figure of an angel, on a plinth and base. The angel stands in slight contrapposto, holding a floral garland in its right hand, the other hand covering its face in a gesture of despair. At the back is a cross stylised as a tree trunk. The pedestal is cuboidal in shape, topped with a dodge. On the front there is an engraved inscription, above it there is a space after the removal. The whole is surrounded by a cast-iron fence.

Inscription:

*Ś + P / ROZALIA DERKACZ / 1918 + [...] 1936 / Co mieliśmy najdroższego / W tym grobie się mieści / Śmierć zabrała razem wszystko / Zostały boleści / Rodzice i Rodzina //.
