Burial place marked by cross on plinth and base. Cross with arms ending in the form of a trillium with an engraved rosette, framed by half-brackets in the lower, wider part. At the intersection of the arms a smaller cross is engraved, above it an inscription: INRI, below it a rosette and an engraved inscription. The face of the cross surrounded by a groove. On the back a similar decoration, with an engraved rosette at the intersection of the arms. The plinth slightly tapering towards the top, with chamfered upper edges.

TU / SPOCZY / WA S. P. / JADWIGA / JANYK / ŻYŁA 67 / UMARŁA / 18[95] […] / […]O[…] //.
