Burial place marked by cross on plinth and base. Chamfered cross, with mouldings, on plinth. Plinth with cuboidal uplift framed on the sides by flattened pyramids. On the front an engraved inscription.

The form of the gravestone indicates that it was created much later than the burial of Apolonia Michaliszew. It is possible that the family of the deceased funded her tombstone after 1900.
