Rectangular tomb. At the head there is a sculpture of the Virgin Mary of the Rosary in the type of the Apocalyptic Woman with a halo of twelve stars and a rosary in her hands folded in prayer, the sculpture is situated on a pedestal in the form of a pile of stones. To the front of the tomb a cross stylised with wooden beams, also on a massive plinth in the form of a pile of stones, to the front a panel housing an inscription plaque in engraved (1), to the left (2), to the right (3).
