ukr. Załiszczyky (Заліщики); inna nazwa: Zaleszczyki Małe
Burial site originally marked by an iron cross on a plinth. Preserved lower part of cross with figure of kneeling angel with hands folded in prayer gesture. Plinth strongly tapering upwards, with chamfered upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription.

Time of origin:
2nd half of the 19th century.
