The burial site is marked by the form of a neo-Gothic chapel surmounted by a cross on a three-tier plinth. The walls of the chapel are in the shape of a pointed arch decorated with masvellas. The cross crowning the chapel is situated on a plinth repeating the form of the lower part of the chapel, but with the corners shifted by 45°. The chamfered cross at the end of the arms has symmetrically arranged half-shafts. The inscriptions are engraved on the walls of the chapel, front (1), back (2).

1. MARIA / BURZYŃSKA / ur 6|9 1830. / zmarła 11|4 1901. / Prosi o pozdrowienie Anielskie. //.
2. Matyi / Burzyńskiej / najlepszej najdroższej / Matce / Wdzięczne córki. //.
