Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth. Cross with capped arms. At the intersection of the arms a relief figure of Christ, above a titulus. The first and second steps of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the second step of the pedestal at the front an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

TU / SPOCZYWA […] / SWIRSKA / UMARŁA 1861 //.

Time of origin:

1861-1864
