The burial place marked by a cross stylised as a tree trunk on a rock-form plinth in a band. On the pedestal at the front an engraved frame closed at the top with two volutes, in it a panel with a metal plaque with an inscription cast in two columns. To the right the inscription (1). On the left side, the inscription (2). On either side of the plinth vases on high pedestals.

(2) † / TU SPOCZYWA / MICHAŁ HUSSAKOWSKI / * 1/11. 1852 † 28/2. 1930 / PROSI O POZDROWIENIE ANIELSKIE //.
