Burial place marked by cross on plinth and base. Cross with chamfered edges, wider at the base. At the intersection of the arms an engraved smaller cross with the arms ending in the carving of a gabled arch. The plinth slightly tapering towards the top, with moulded upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Tu / Sp. maria żona / józefa Baczyń / skiego. / żyła. 74. lat / umarła w roku / 1916. dnia 17/3 //.
