Burial site marked by a column on a plinth and two-stage base. Column perpetuated, on its own base. Fragment of column leaning against gravestone. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. Second step of plinth with moulded upper edges, covered by a wider moulded panel. On the front of the plinth an engraved inscription. On the front of the column an oval panel, probably after a photograph. The base with chamfered upper edges. The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of bars ending in spearheads, connected by slats, decorated at the top with half-essentials, between the bars with essences forming stylised floral motifs. In the corners, taller posts terminating in lancets. To the front left a wicket.

D.O.M. / S. P. / KLEMENTYNA / KRASSOWSKA / Zmarłaj d. 11 Pazdz. 1884 r. / Przeżywszy lat 20, / Pokój İej cieniom / racz dać Panie! //.
