The burial site marked by a chapel with a statue of Immaculata on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. The chapel in the form of a niche arcade supported by two canellated pilasters with Corinthian heads. The arcade arch is moulded, decorated with Ionic kimation and pearlwork, with a key with a bas-relief acanthus leaf. In a niche, a figure of the Virgin Mary with folded hands in a prayer gesture, standing in slight counterpoint on a globe. The figure is dressed in a long robe. The chapel is surmounted by a simplified beam with a pavement frieze and a semicircular moulded pediment with a similar frieze, framed by acroterions with floral vireos. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the pedestal covered with a wider profiled panel. On the front an earlobe frame, in it a grey granite plaque with an engraved inscription. Below the inscription plaque, to the right, an engraved signature.

MAKSYMILIAN BRODACKI / dr praw i Adwokat Krajowy / zmarł w dniu 23 Października 1882 r. / w 56. roku życia. / Pokój jego duszy! //.
