Burial place marked by angel figure on plinth and base. The figure kneeling on its own stone moulded base, holding a garland of rose flowers in its hands. Base frontally chiselled, with moulded upper edges. The plinth is tall, tapering towards the top. To the front, a panel with an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

ŚP Tu Spoczywa / LUSIA RUDZIEWICZ / *30. […] 19[2?]1 + 20.II.19[..] / Lusiu […]nie […] / dziecię czemu […] / [s]łodkie było twoje życie / [swo]ją przyszłość / zabrałaś ze sobą / życie me wieczną okryłaś / żałobą. Dla Najdroższe j/ córeczki matka. //.
