Gravestone of Marcin Karwacki

Cygany | Ukraine

Burial place marked by a cross on a plinth. A cast-iron cross with the figure of Christ, a plaque below; the arms of the cross end in the form of a stylised trillium with the head of an angel, filled in openwork with floral ornamentation; in the lower part of the cross a rich floral decoration. The pedestal in the shape of a cuboid covered with a form resembling a hipped roof; on each side of the pedestal a rectangular panel with chamfered semicircular corners and a rhombus in the middle in convex relief, apart from the front, where an engraved inscription.
