Tombstone of Hanna and Ignacy Warwoj

Cygany | Ukraine

The burial place marked by a cross on a pedestal and two-stage base. A cast-iron cross on a small two-stepped pedestal; at the intersection of the arms there is a figure of Christ and a radial gloria; the arms of the cross end in the form of a stylised trillium filled with openwork floral ornamentation; at the bottom of the cross there is a medallion flanked by two figures standing on a base formed by two columns, between which there is a winged angel's head; the right figure holds a chalice, the other a sheaf of grain, both in antique clothes. The plinth in the shape of a cuboid with chamfered upper edges. On the front a rectangular panel with an engraved inscription.
