Zaleszczyki | Ukraine
ukr. Załiszczyky (Заліщики); inna nazwa: Zaleszczyki Małe
Burial place marked by cross on plinth and base. Cross with arms of octagonal cross-section, with mouldings, on plinth. Base with chamfered top edges. The plinth with a frieze of simplified acanthus leaves, covered by a hipped roof. Panels on four sides, the front one originally bearing an inscription plaque. To the right is a bas-relief of the coat of arms (in the crest an eagle rising from a crown, on the shield two fields, at the top a hand with a sword, at the bottom a lion). On the back a plaque with a ritual inscription.

Den Todten / Weihen ihean Schmer[tz] / und [i]hre Erri[...]rung / [...]ende Wittwe Aniela v Dobrowska / mit iheam Sohne Carl //.
