Burial place originally marked by cross on plinth. Cross (broken) chamfered with bold arm ends. Plinth surmounted by pediment with acroterions. On the front a recessed panel with inscription (1) and floral ornament inscribed in an arcade. On the back an inscription (2).

(2) Z / Czworgiem / Dzieci. / HELIENA / ZOFIA / WŁADY / SŁAW / STANY / SŁAW //.
