Burial place marked by cross on plinth and base. Cross with arms ending in a trillium form, on a plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief carved figure of Christ, above a titulus and rosette. The face of the cross is serrated. The plinth with profiled upper edges. On the front and left side panels closed with an overhanging arch, in which are engraved inscriptions. On the front, an engraved inscription (1). On the left side, an engraved inscription (2).

(1) TU / Spoczywa / [Jó]zef Józef[o] / wicz psze / żywszy lat / 64 zmarł 19/8 1911 r. //.
(2) Fundatorka / Tego Krzyża / Antonina / Jozefowicz //.
