ukr. Załiszczyky (Заліщики); inna nazwa: Zaleszczyki Małe

Burial place marked by a cross on a three-tier plinth and base. Cross with pyramidal terminated arms, with mouldings, on plinth. The face of the cross excavated. Base with chamfered upper edges. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. Panels on three sides, in the front one a panel with an engraved inscription. The second step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges. On the front a medallion with a relief of the head of the Virgin Mary. The third step of the pedestal framed by pyramids.
