Burial site marked by cast iron cross on plinth and two-stage base. Cross broken in half height. The lower arm framed by sigmoidal panels filled in openwork with floral vireos. The plinth tapering upwards, with chamfered upper edges. In front a panel enclosed with a full overhanging arch, in which an engraved inscription is set. On the back, a panel enclosed by a full overhanging arch, in which is an engraved cross in the cavalier type.

TU / SPOCZYWA / S. P. / Anna / Rajckei / Przeżywszy / lat 3[3] zmarła 3/12 / † 1915 r. / Prosi o we= / stchnienie do / Boga //.
