ukr. Załiszczyky (Заліщики); inna nazwa: Zaleszczyki Małe

Burial place marked by an urn on a plinth and two-stage moulded base. Urn tied with a cuirass, on a circular foot, set on a base. The plinth is covered with stepped panels, interrupted on the front by relief carved roses and geometrised flowers on the other sides. On the four sides of the pedestal panels covered with campanulas, in the rear one there is a relief, heavily damaged coat of arms (a shield covered with spades?), in the front one there is an engraved inscription.

Time of origin:

1st quarter of the 19th century.
