Burial site marked by a stylised tree trunk cross on a plinth. Cross not preserved. On the front of the pedestal a plaque in the form of an unfolded scroll with a ritual inscription. The monument in a common quatrefoil with the gravestone of N.N., enclosed by a fence consisting of bars ending in arrowheads, joined by slats. In the corners taller posts terminating in lancets.

Ś. P. / Władysław / Rodziewicz / żył 59 lat, / zmarł 20 Września 1890. //.
