Burial site marked by a cross on a plinth in the form of a rock boulder and a two-stage base. Cross on plinth with chipped right shoulder. Second step of base irregularly shaped. On the pedestal front a convex-sculpted frame with indented quarter-circle corners, within which is a convex-sculpted inscription. The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of eight cylindrical pedestals connected by a cast-iron bar. The fence is in common with the gravestone of the 7th century.

In Wacław Wejtka's card file, under the letter J, card number 155, dated 1936. According to the file, the old location of the gravestone is sector "B1, 8th row, N3. From wall de towards boundary B". Next to the description of the gravestone the annotation: 'Tin plate on fence N1 and 2 (Wredt, Korsak)' . On the plate the inscription: Zochneczka / Jastrzebska / Died 17 March 1927 / at the age of 3. / Dear child, pray / for us to God. //.
