Tomb of Jozef Dziedziak

Rectangular tomb framed by a band passing at the head into a wall with an uplift, in front of which there is originally a cross on a two-stepped pedestal and base. Cross not preserved, on a profiled plinth. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. The second step of the pedestal is high, tapering upwards, with chamfered upper edges. In front, a panel with segmental arch carved upper corners and bevelled quarter-circle lower corners. In it a relief inscription. On the wall a medallion with a relief image of Our Lady of the Dawn Gate. On the band the pedestals connected by a cast iron bar.
