According to Wacław Wejtka's file, the gravestone was originally in the form of a wooden cross with a tin plaque (lost). He gives the information he received from Ludwika Bylińska: Kondratowicz / Władysław / Born 27 June 1849 / Died 14. April 1915 in Vilnius //. Son of Syrokomla, employee of the Vilnius Land Bank. He was married to Aurelja and had daughters: Zofia, Ludwika - wife of engineer Wiesław Byliński. The time of the gravestone's creation determined hypothetically on the basis of information from Wacław Wejtka's file and the date of Ludwika Bylińska's death. The tombstone mentioned in: A.
