An earth tomb covered by a concrete rectangular slab on which a diagonal concrete stele surmounted by a marble cross. On the stele at the front a marble plaque with an engraved inscription.

According to the file of Lucjan Uziębła (card number 309/32), the grave was originally marked by an oak cross with a tin plaque. This allows the monument to be dated to the second half of the 1930s. President of the Association of Polish Technicians in Vilnius Obituary in "Kurier Wileński", 10.11.1929, no. 258, p. 1.
