Burial place originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and base. Cross not preserved, on moulded plinth. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription (1). The second step of the plinth slightly tapering towards the top, enclosed by a carved arch into a donkey's back. On the front, an engraved inscription (2). The whole, together with gravestones 012 and 013, enclosed by a fence consisting of cylindrical pedestals connected by a cast iron chain.

1. Przechodniów proszę o Pozdrowienie / Anielskie za Jej Duszę. //.
2. S. P. / Lidja / z Kościałkowskich / KARABANOWICZOWA / um. 9 Czerwca 1881 r. / wieku lat 68. / Stroskana Córka / z Wnukiem / Najdroższej Matce / ten Pomnik pozostawiają. //.
