Rectangular tomb framed by a band, in the centre of which was originally a cross on a three-tier plinth and two-tier base. The cross is unpreserved, on a profiled plinth framed by helices. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. To the left a panel with quarter-circular chamfered corners with a relief inscription (4). Second step of plinth with cornice. To the front (1) and left (3) panels with a frame with quarter-circular chamfered corners, in which is a relief inscription. The third step of the plinth tapering upwards. On the front a panel with a frame, in which is a relief inscription (2).

Additional information:

The time of creation of the gravestone determined hypothetically based on the date of death. In Wacław Wejtka's card file, under the letter O, card number 95, dated 1936. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is sector "A2, 1st row, from the entrance to the A1 boundary, N25". Next to the description of the gravestone a note: "above the cemented shop, granite obelisk topped with a cross, made by J. Slubocz. Fence. Of iron bars."

State of preservation:

corrosion, mosses, lichens, cracks, cavities, non-maintained finial
