The burial place is marked by an irregular stele with an engraved inscription on the front. The whole area together with tombstones Nos. 057 - 063 enclosed by a fence.

Ś. + P. / Anna / D'HOFFREUMONT / zasnęła w Bogu / dnia 18 Sierpnia 1864 r. / Błogosławiona dusza, Którą / Bóg spośród łez, cierpień, / powoła do chwały wieczney //.
