Burial place marked by an irregular stele on the base. Stele closed with a sectional arch carving. On the front an engraved inscription.

Ś. + P. / ANNA z WAŃKOWICZÓW / LACHOWICZOWA / zm 6 lutego 1915 r. / wieku lat 68. / Poszlij przechodniu szczere westchnienie / Do Tronu Pana za zmarłej duszę / By ziemia co niosła jej ból i cierpienie / Lekką się stała a nie katuszą. //.
