An earth tomb on a rectangular plan, framed by a band, at the head of which is an aedicula surmounted by a cross. Cross on a plinth. On the front of the aedicula a circular space for a photograph. In the field of the aedicula an engraved inscription.

According to Waclaw Wejtka's file, the gravestone originally with a marble bust of the Virgin Mary and a tin plaque with an inscription: S + P. / Ludwika-Władysława / Chylewska / Died dn. 29. II. 1936 / at the age of 60 / Peace to her soul //. In Wejtko's file he included an obituary of Włodzimierz Chylewski (however, there is no information on which cemetery the deceased was laid to rest): Ś. + P. / Włodzimierz Chylewski / Long-time official and plenipotentiary of the Bank / Gospodarstwa Krajowego, Vilnius Branch / died on 13 September 1936 / Dyrekcja i Zrzeszenie Urzędników Banku / Gospodarstwa Krajowego Oddział w Wilnie //. Time of creation determined hypothetically on the basis of the form.
