Burial place marked by cast iron cross on plinth and base. Cross with arms ending in a trillium form, on a plinth. The face of the cross excavated. Base with moulded upper edges. The plinth high, tapering upwards, terminating in a carved overhanging segmental arch. Engraved inscriptions on the front (1), left (2) and right (3) sides, and back (4). Quatrefoil common to tombstones 15-18, enclosed by a fence.

Inscription lines (1): 2, 5, 7-9 written in italics. Letters in the word 'Ptu' in verse 7 written in superscript and underlined with two lines. Inscription verses (2): 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9 written in italics. Lines of inscription (3): 1, 2, 7, 8, 9 written in italics. Inscription (4) in italics. According to the file of Lucjan Uziębła, the gravestone was originally to be enclosed by a fence consisting of granite pedestals and iron bars.

State of preservation:

corrosion, mosses, lichens, secondary paintings

Comments on the state of preservation and visible restoration:

inscriptions and cross covered in secondary gold paint. The plinth in the upper part completed with concrete, possibly a secondarily placed cross.
