Rectangular tomb, covered with a slab with a cross on a profiled two-step pedestal. On the first step of the pedestal, there is a panel with cut corners, in which a relief inscription is carved (1). On the slab covering the tomb, on the axis a granite plaque, on the corners two cuboids, on which on the front and on the right side (2, 3) and on the front and on the left side (4, 5) panels with chamfered corners with relief inscriptions.

According to Wojtkiewicz's records, the gravestone of Zdzisław and Władysław Bajdowicz was originally a monument of red granite with an iron grating fence.
