Tombstone of Halina Bejnarowicz

The burial site marked by a figure of a kneeling angel on a rock-shaped plinth and base with a band in the form of a coffin lid. Angel kneels on right knee, hands folded in prayer gesture. Half-length hair, bare feet. The figure is dressed in a long robe. On the pedestal at the front an oval space left by a photograph, below it traces of an inscription plaque.

According to Waclaw Wejtka's file, there was a gravestone in the cemetery described as: "A plaque of white marble inserted into a rock of cement laid on top of a figure of an angel kneeling made of plaster or cement, a trace of a medallion which has been chosen" on this basis the monument can be identified with gravestone No 046 in sector 3b. It was accompanied by the inscription: S + P / HALA / BEJNAROWICZÓWNA / UR. 1 MAY 1921 / D. 6 JUNE 1922 R / To our dearest / Halina (Pucusi) / from her grieving parents / Grandmother and Uncle //. On the tin ribbon by the metal wreath was the following inscription: It has been a long few years / When Heluś ma like a cut flower / Moved on to a better world / A deep mark in the heart / This longing is not soothed by time / And though your body is covered by a boulder / But in your mother's heart your memory / Like a ray of sunshine lasts forever //. The time of the tombstone's creation determined hypothetically based on its form and date of death.
