Burial place originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and base. Cross not preserved, on moulded plinth. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. Engraved inscriptions to the front (2) and left (5). The second step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. To the front, a panel enclosed by a full arch, framed by panelled triangles. In it, a bas-relief wreath of laurel leaves tied with a ribbon, below a panel with an engraved inscription (1), and bas-relief crossed torches facing downwards. On the sides, engraved inscriptions (3, 4).

4. Córka / Olimpia / lat 36 //.
5. Ś. P. / Jadwiga / Kowalewska / zm. 17 lut. 1929 r. lat 35. //.
