The burial place marked by a semicircular closed stele. On the stele front an irregular panel with a concave carved cross, below an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Ś. + P. / Aleksander / MĄCZYŃSKI / urodzony r. 1813 kwietnia 16. / umarł r. 1878 września 3 dnia / Boże przez Krzyż Syna Twego / Bądź miłością dla mojego //.
