Tombstone of Kazimierz Lewicki

The burial place is marked by an irregular stele with an irregular panel with a bas-relief cross on the front, and an engraved inscription below. The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of four cylindrical pedestals. The fence is shared with gravestone No. 062.
