Biography:

Jan Borowski (1890-1966), Polish architect and conservationist in Vilnius and Gdansk. He designed, among others, the church in Tymienica and Leonpol. He conserved, among others, the church in Budslaw (1928), the Gates of Dawn in Vilnius (1934) and Artus Court in Gdansk. From 1945, head of the Chair of the History of Universal Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture at the Gdansk University of Technology.
