Tombstone of Jozef Cenecki

lit. Vilnius

Burial place originally marked by cross on stele. Cross not preserved, stele broken leaning against fence. Stele closed trilaterally, framed by a simplified cornice. In front a panel, below two plaques. In the upper panel on the axis an oval photograph on porcelain, below an engraved inscription (1). The photograph shows a young man in a bust view, slightly facing right. He is dressed in a white shirt and dark jacket. On the lower panel an engraved inscription (2). The whole is framed by a fence consisting of a band and six plinths connected by a cast iron bar.

2. Żyłeś nie długo / w tym doczesnym świecie. / Spoczywaj w Bogu / drogie nasze dziecię. / Nie łzy, nie westchnienie, / nie obudzą twego uśpienia. / OD RODZICÓW. //.
