Burial site originally marked by a cast iron cross on an irregular stele in a concrete mantle. Cross not preserved, on plinth. An engraved inscription on the stele at the front. The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of six plinths originally connected by a cast iron chain.

Ś. + P. / WALERJA / GÓRSKA / * 1832 + 1908. / Pokój jej duszy! //.
