Burial site originally marked by a cast-iron cross on an irregular stele in a concrete mantle in rock form and base. The stele tapers upwards and is capped with a carving of a flattened segmental arch. On the stele at the front an engraved inscription.

Ś. P. / LUDWIK / ROMANOWSKI / zm. 17 Stycznia 1877 r. / i żona jego / STEFANIA / zm. 8 Paźdź. 1879 r. / - / Stroskane dzieci i wnuki / proszą o Anioł Pański //.
