The tomb is rectangular in plan, framed by a band passing at the head into a cross on a wall with an uplift. The uplift of the wall in the form of an aedicula. The aedicula with a pediment where a tin medallion with a relief bust of the Virgin Mary. Madonna depicted from a semi-profile with bowed head, in maforium. The pediment is supported by lisens, between which is a deep panel, in which are two photographs on porcelain and a plaque with an engraved inscription (1). Photograph 1 from left: bust of a man facing 3/4 to the right, wearing a dark jacket. Photograph 2 from right: bust of a woman facing 3/4 to the left, with her head straight ahead, wearing a black dress with buff sleeves, lace shawl and white collar. Below this an engraved inscription (2). In the lower part of the wall originally three photographs and four plaques. The first three with engraved inscription (from left 3, 4, 5). The first photograph, on porcelain, preserved - on it a bust of a man facing 3/4 to the left, with his head straight ahead, wearing a white shirt with tie, dark double-breasted jacket, The other photographs not preserved, originally behind glass.
