Burial place marked by an irregular stele with a band in the form of a coffin lid. On the stele at the front an irregular panel with a relief cross, below an engraved inscription.

Spoczywają zwłoki S. P. / Felcii z Kononowiczów / KUDREWICZOWEY / zm 21 lutego 1889 r. wieku lat 63 / Pamiątkę poświęcam stroskany mąż i dzieci //.
